We had a great time in Melk and at Zur Post hotel. The room was nicely decorated, very comfortable beds and the location is unbeatable. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious dishes, the home-made plum compote was so good. Dinner was superb too.

The beds and rooms were great, and the location in Melk outstanding! We came in on bikes and were able to walk to the nearby Abby and town center with excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful

We chose it as a stopover to go to Hallstatt and it was the perfect location. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a small Christmas market right in front of the hotel which was charming.
