It is very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Yes, there is noise from the cars with open window and you have to close the windows to sleep.
This Appartment is for people that need a place to sleep and cook and are outdoors the rest odf the day. It's not for staying all day in.

Erika is a lovely, accommodating host. Speaks almost no English, but no issues there. Room was comfortable, included a full shared kitchen, including fridge and coffee machine which was a nice change. Nice, relaxing neighbour in the countryside. Close enough drive to local shops.
