We were on a three day trip right along the Great Ocean Road...
We were on a three day trip right along the Great Ocean Road to Port Fairy. Airley's Inlet is quieter than Lorne, just up the road and a little cheaper for accommodation but it is a nice and interesting area. I only stayed one night as I was on my way to meet friends for an organised event. I took the opportunity to stay at Aireys Inlet as I wanted to do some photography. I took the opportunity to sample some of the wares at Salt brewery before dining at A la Grecque with was a gem and highly recommended. Loved the walks in the area, along the coast and to Ironbark Gorge. We were delighted to go up Split Point Lighthouse. Lovely places to relax over a coffee or meal, especially in the top area where the Sunnymead Motel is situated.Guest review byIAN
