A very special opportunity to stay in heritage accommodation and location. The Boatcrew cottage was very roomy and comfortable. Thoughtful inclusions such as cooking oil and rice was appreciated. The museum on site was fantastic and the penguins nearby capped off a very special stay.

BIG4 Kelso Sands Holiday & Native Wildlife Park in Kelso provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden.

Loved the warm welcome on arrival and the cabin we stayed in was very well presented. Everything we needed and more. Loved the thoughtful extras such as a washing basket, pegs, hand sanitizer and spray oil for the BBQ. Loved the personal outdoor BBQ and quiet, well spaced park. Plenty of activities to keep the kids happy. We booked at short notice during peak holiday time and we're so glad we did.

There is really only one thing to do in Beaconsfield but a short drive away has wonderful scenery, wine places, and a lake to sit by. It is rural and very beautiful and easy to get lost as gps is not available all over but eventually the road leads you back.
