It has friendly staff and people that stay there and it is close to where I work. Most of all it is close to all you need as it is next door to Woolworths and close short walk to the beach.

This 4.5 star hotel in Caloundra is located next to Dicky Beach and Currimundi Lake. It has 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub and a barbecue area. Guests staying in the apartments enjoy free WiFi.

Rooms were tired def needs maintenance, cracked tiles, paint chipping but it was clean and comfortable. The walk to the room smelt of strong cigarette smoke even though there were signs saying no smoking. Overall it met our needs.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Family, Romance, Fun on Kings Beach is situated in Caloundra. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

Location and the property amenities, it was a nice touch the hosts left some chocolate and wine in the fridge. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated, so really nice. The beach was a very short walk. Lots of eating places nearby.

It is a wonderful small town experience combined with beaches, walks, excellent restaurants and good coffee shops. Excellent for the more nature and for young couples with children. One section of the water on Bulcock beach is now perfectly calm water with no current, due to the change in the Bribie break

Caloundra is a great destination for a beach holiday normally. Kings beach is my favourite. The town has great facilities cafes and shops. The only downside is it can be quite noisy ( in our case very noisy due to the vacuum truck at our units) and busy. Parking can be challenging and the road in and out of Caloundra is getting very congested.

If you want a quiet town to relax but still have plenty of night-life options, Caloundra is the perfect place. Situated on the Sunshine Coast you are right on the beach. Fun activities such as under water world, go-karting, jetskiing, shopping centres all within a short distance. Amazing restaurants and cafes line the seaside town with really friendly locals.

Great on the beach town with good facilities and services, very good Sunday market. Walking distance to several differing beachs, shops, galleries and library. Good bus services. Eateries/restaurants of every cuisine imaginable and price ranges. Easy drive distance to airport, Maroochydor, Glasshouse mountains, Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Ginger factory, Emundi markets (Wednesday and Sunday) Noosa and an 1.5 hours to Brisbane.

Caloundra still has that laid back beach vibe despite the huge development recently. It isn’t party central like the Goldie and residents and tourists tend to be older or families with young children. Restaurants do shut earlier and there aren’t many pubs. It is just a nice place to relax with great surf and a quite a few places to eat. The beaches are smaller, not like the vast expanse of the Goldie. They have a great free salt water council pool (60cm to 150cm) right by kings beach surf club. The streets, beach walkways, bridges and esplanade and definitely are narrow too, not suitable for bikes or e-scooters.

Great walking paths for prams, park close by for young children, walking distance to main street and a lot of food options under Rumba. Would recommend Gelato Rumba and The Pastry Lab. Markets Friday night and Sunday morning

Very friendly staff. Having an on site restaurant is handy, but not cheap. I was in the smallest available room, on the top floor (three storeys). Being on the top, and at the opposite end to the water park, was excellent - no noise at all at night and I slept well both nights. I liked having a window that actually opens (unlike many hotels) to get some fresh air.

Love the View from the balcony AND lounge. Was listed as a partial ocean view, but it was excellent watching the ships go by. The bed was comfy as was the lounge. Appreciated the DVD player and videos in the foyer. In the centre of Caloundra you have walking access to everything. We intend on returning. It is Excellent value for money 👌

The unit had a fantastic view over Bribie Island and of the Caloundra lights at night. The pool is good although the weather was starting to cool when we were there. From our balcony we were able to see the ships coming and going from Brisbane Port. It was a short walk to the Golden Beach shops were we were able to get our groceries.

The living room views and private roof top terrace are exceptional. The decor, layout, and furnishings were good, and the lounge and dining accommodated 5 guests very well. The TVs and streaming services were also good. The location is perfectly positioned between Golden Beach and Caloundra, and we also enjoyed the pool.

Location for our hotel was convenient and centrally located to access other areas of Caloundra. The rooms were spacious for 1-2 people and met every need for an overnight stay.
