Very straight forward late check in procedure. The resort is very conveniently located near many cafes and resturants. Room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.
Located only 164 feet from Bulcock Beach, Tranquil Shores offers spacious self-contained apartments with private balconies overlooking the Pumicestone Passage or the large outdoor swimming pool.

It was a good price, had a fridge, microwave and shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The room also had air con and a fan. It was clean and quiet. It's perfect if you are looking for a nice clean stay just for a night or two.

Caloundra is a great destination for a beach holiday normally. Kings beach is my favourite. The town has great facilities cafes and shops. The only downside is it can be quite noisy ( in our case very noisy due to the vacuum truck at our units) and busy. Parking can be challenging and the road in and out of Caloundra is getting very congested.

If you want a quiet town to relax but still have plenty of night-life options, Caloundra is the perfect place. Situated on the Sunshine Coast you are right on the beach. Fun activities such as under water world, go-karting, jetskiing, shopping centres all within a short distance. Amazing restaurants and cafes line the seaside town with really friendly locals.

Caloundra still has that laid back beach vibe despite the huge development recently. It isn’t party central like the Goldie and residents and tourists tend to be older or families with young children. Restaurants do shut earlier and there aren’t many pubs. It is just a nice place to relax with great surf and a quite a few places to eat. The beaches are smaller, not like the vast expanse of the Goldie. They have a great free salt water council pool (60cm to 150cm) right by kings beach surf club. The streets, beach walkways, bridges and esplanade and definitely are narrow too, not suitable for bikes or e-scooters.

Breakfast was good but hote’s staff didn’t cooperate with us on allowing my daughter to have breakfast at 0650 am as she had a gymnastics competition at 0700 am. It was quite hard to get a healthy breakfast for her as all coffee places in Caloundra were closed so we ended up grabbing something for her in Maccas
Actually, the decision of staying there ( even though there were more competitive hotels close to the Indoor Stadium was due to the breakfast but was impossible
We loved how family-friendly Ramada was and how close it was to the beach, great cafes, shopping centres, places to eat and how quiet it is compared to the main part of Caloundra. It's a great little place and reasonably priced, too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a welcoming place and not pretentious at all.
Our apartment was furnished beautifully with everything you need for a great holiday in Caloundra. It was also spotlessly clean and walking distance to the fantastic Kings Beach tavern and restaurants in Bulcock beach.
We were also personally welcomed by owner/manager so that was a nice touch.
I didn't expect to like this hotel but I did. Does what is says on the tin. Our unit has a ocean views from our balcony. Its a 5-minute walk to Bulcock Beach, but my favourite bits are their swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna which I tend to use after a warm day on the beach.
Great location. Beautifully kept premises. About a 10 minute walk into Caloundra Main Street. Ten minutes to Golden Beach coffee. Perfect for waking up, grabbing a fishing Rod and walking across the road to fish. Will definitely be back.
