The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great location - so many restaurants and cafe's less than 100 meters away.
It is a budget hotel - but - It can be hit and miss depending on what room you get allocated. Some aren't very nice, loud and old. Some are smelly and dirty.
I've asked the staff to change rooms a couple of times and they are always accommodating.
Quest Glen Waverley offers fully furnished self-contained apartments with cooking and laundry facilities. Guests have access to a fitness center, outdoor BBQ area and secure car parking.

The main reason is you don’t have a restaurant. When I travel on business I don’t want to waste my time making breakfast, lunch and dinner. I want to spent time only on work.
The other issue is cockroaches in the office!!! Yes, cockroaches in my room but it was in the office.

We stayed 1 night in Glen Waverley to attend the Alfa Romeo Spettacollo car show. Glen Waverley is a far-Eastern suburb of Melbourne. It is mainly a residential suburb.
We had dinner at The Village Green Hotel in one of their function rooms. The food there was good.
We stayed at Waverley International Hotel, which was more like a motel than an International hotel. It was quite old and could do with a freshen up on the outside. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The Alfa Romeo Spettacollo was great, even though it rained all day. Hundreds of very beautiful old and new Alfas were on display.

Great shopping centre close by the Novotel and close to Sandown Racecourse and a great starting point to head to the Dandenong ranges for the day. Novotel has amazing restaurant with middle eastern Indian and classic cuisine which was delicious make sure you try the coconut curry prawns. Under cover parking at shopping centre, Novotel parking is not free but car is safe and accessed easily from hotel. Be it business in south eastern suburbs or mid point of holiday this is great place to spend a day and night just chilling

I visited the restaurants and the shopping centre.
I visited the restaurants and the shopping centre. They were within walking distance. The menus were very good with reasonable prices. The other place which I visited was Chadstone Shopping Centre which is a short drive away.

Harry was brilliant.
Harry was brilliant. I had a small request, not urgent, and it was attended to, the next day.
Rose the cleaner was just lovely. Good eye for detail.
I enjoy the restaurants and cafes - love Asian food. So much choice. Even the Asian supermarkets at The Glen are fabulous.
The residential parking worked really well, once you knew the system.
The eatery within The Glen has a great variety of food also. Great to grab a takeaway to reheat for dinner in the apartment.

Location of this house was perfect. I'm a regular traveller to Melbourne from the Victorian/New South Wales border, visiting my Mum in Aged Care at Vermont South.
Crusader Crescent, Glen Waverley is just a few back streets (10mins) drive to Burwood Highway, Vermont South.
It was my first discovery/stay here.
The room and bedding, private bathroom, is spotlessly clean.
I had no hesitation in booking again; a weekend stay in 2weeks time.
Great location in Glen Waverley, right next to the Glen shopping centre with a great view looking out towards the Dandenong ranges. Harry was great in taking us through everything, including the car parking set up. Clean, comfortable and modern apartment with everything you need for a short stay.
Cheap, cheerful and basic accommodation offering everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. It is on a busy road, however the location was perfect for my needs (function opposite).
Property is well located near Glen Waverley shops and train station. Their 24 hour reception made it easy to book in when I arrived late at night. Large window with lots of light.
