I came to Gosford to attend a concert at the Central Coast Leagues Club. The staff at the concert venue as well as the hotel that we stayed in were so helpful and accommodating, as we are from the Southern Highlands, which is about 3 hours drive away. Gosford is really dead. We arrived on Saturday at lunchtime.
Gosford is really dead. We arrived on Saturday at lunchtime. No cafes open, anywhere. We managed to get lunch at the pub. The shopping precinct was dead. A.major disappointment. I wasn't impressed with shopping precinct at all. Loved the beds the parking and the space in the rooms, staff were amazing and we liked the quirky little elevator although if someone on a floor above doesn’t close the lift you have to go up and close it so it was a pain at times. The room had great size for our portacot and for the kids to play around so that was a good bonus.
