The unit was almost brand new and had everything that I needed and more. The view was sensational and parking secure and easy access to the unit. It was a shame that I could only stay there for one night!

Such a beautiful area. Very busy too but we still enjoyed it and we had the perfect location. Nice and close to the beach which was amazing!
A number of cafes close by to choose from and shops and markets just up the road also. Sunshine Plaza has everything you need along with Tesla chargers for those who require them.

I think the Sunshine Coast and Maroochydore would be ideal for a short visit in either autumn or winter. It's a bit too hot and humid for my liking in summer. We enjoyed a couple of really nice meals at Eastable and Cala Luna across the road from the apartments.

We loved the River and the easy access to buses to places. It has a peaceful vibe every where we traveled in and around Maroochydore. . So much for all ages to do or just relax by the river or beach and do nothing. We will definitely return.lovely place to retire or holiday. The wharf at mooloolaba is so nice .The aqua Duck was fun .Also just relaxing by the river at chambers island was lovely. We had a delicious dinner at Yum cha in sunshine plaza. So many places to eat in and around Maroochydore.

I found Cotton Trees to be a true local village with all staff from every retail outlet so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble and no need to go anywhere else , apart from a doctor, for anything you may need. And just a short short away. A local butcher, supermarket and news agency / - all on the street.

I love it as it has everything you need to have a great holiday, never the same, you and your family won't be bored; there are activities for all ages and abilities; at the beach you can try surfing, sunset cruises, kayaking, sailing etc. at the city you can find a huge variety of bars, restaurants, coffees and shopping around, too many to choose!. In regards accommodation you won't be disappointed from the family caravan and camping grounds to the high end apartments you can find just on the same street.

Lovely area, Sunshine Plaza is super handy, very close to Maloolooba which we loved. Close to the Sports Complex (we were there to support my daughter playing for NZ in an AFL tournament so this was important to us)

The apartments were spacious and clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Our original room wasn’t available due to a broken hot water system however we were very well looked after. It is within easy walking distance to the Maroochydore CBD with a lot of nice cafes nearby. The parking space provided was easy to access and very convenient. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
Have been staying here since 2012. Such a great location certainly and close to many things on the coast. Apartments are always lovely and clean and I found the beds very comfortable. Plenty of space for the whole family and walking distance or easy driving to plenty of activities to keep all the family entertained.
Location was convenient to local amenities and although in a busy region of Maroochydore, the unit was very quiet. It had everything we needed to cook, wash and a very comfortable bed that we loved. Everyone, including the other tenants were friendly and I loved my twice daily stroll to Cotton Tree for exercise.
