The apartment was a great size and lovely and clean. it was very comfortable and had everything you need for the stay. Staff were fantastic and met us outside the carpark to guild us to the lift due to my husband was using a walker, and which i thought was very nice.

On arrival into the reception what appeared to be the smell of urine was almost unbearable, this smell permeated into the hallways too.
There was no restaurant, no minibars and in the hallways were spare beds and laundry bags.
The room was clean and didn’t smell but the towels were somewhat old and threadbare.
Would not stay here again.

This venue is really run down and needs a major face lift of the lobby and outside of the rooms - the carpets are from the 90's!! The inside of the rooms have been renovated which is great but the sheets weren't clean and the tv is really old The place need a good overhaul!

The position is great being very close to Eastland shopping centre & not too far from Box Hill shopping centre, Mitcham also has a very good little shopping centre of it's own. Entertainment is easy to get to with both Ringwood & Box Hill being so close. It's also very easy to get around if one is without a car as there are busses and trains not too far away! If one doesn't want to eat in the motel, there is a great choice of restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from!

it was a unique location because although it wasn’t in a busy area as you would have thought having a HWY address, it was situated NEAR everything Public Transport and a massive Shopping Mall, Eastland, was 15 minutes away by car or bus! AND I loved the soaps/shampoo. It’s not often you get a pleasant surprise like that in a value for money Hotel.
Reception was friendly and dedicated. She stayed up until 11:30 on Christmas Day for guests that didn't arrive.
The room was spacious and clean.
Shower was the best hotel ever.
