Perfect holiday location, long or short stay.

Perfect holiday location, long or short stay. Breakfast limited, no milk, seasonal fruit, bread etc. The cafe's along the beach provided a variety of choice and satifying meals. A great location to gather with friends and family. Close to shops, wineries and many exciting attractions.

We were fortunate to have excellent weather over the long weekend and spent the days down at the Moana Beach where we parked the car on the beach sand within metres from the water. The kids played for hours in the water, played cricket and built sand castles and we were able to safely watch them swimming (and swim ourselves) while enjoying the beautiful scenery at Moana Beach.

I think I've already said everything that I wanted to say.

I think I've already said everything that I wanted to say. The Moana property is the perfect place for a couple, or a couple with one child. That cottage is magnificent. I cannot think of anything that Sabine and Georg have missed. There is nothing I would want to change.

Really loved the beach area. Walked along to Seaford. The licensed quirky cafe near the beach at Moana is really worth a visit. Close to the McLaren vale wineries. Groceries can be found at a Food land nearby, open on a public holiday.

Deep Blue Cafe - great service, lovely food and atmosphere, close to the beach. Pizza / garlic bread & cocktails Port Noarlunga Fish & Chips - Fishermans basket for 2 with a small salad. Great as a takeaway and ate it at the beach. Getting around was good, park needs to promote more place around to eat, visit in the book supplied in the cabin.

Moana is a nice little suburb with a great beach you are able to drive on, without a 4WD. The beach is very popular, especially during the warmer weather and is great to surf in. A beautiful coastal drive takes you to the Onkaparinga River mouth, which is stunning at sunset. There is a great caravan park right next to the beach. Port Noarlunga and Christies Beach- popular tourist destinations in the Fleurieu Peninsula can be reached within a 15 min drive or a great walking footpath runs along the coast too, if you're feeling more energetic and want to take the views in properly. There are lots of little cafes, pubs and shops within the area. It is situated close to the McLaren Vale wine region. We love travelling to Moana. It is always on our list, while in SA.
