We both love Mooloolaba. It is very clean, laid back and relaxing. A great place for families and couples alike, even singles. The staff at the majority of shops, cafes, restaurants and clubs is very friendly. Many choices of food available. The ability to walk to most places is great. The only thing we would do different next time would be to hire a care for a few days giving us better access to more attractions.

Perfect location for a beach holiday, only 15 mins from the South Coast airport.
Nice walk ways between beaches, plus lots of restaurants and shops along the beachfront.
Close to the wharf for further shopping and restaurants.
Plenty of other places to visit if you have a car, the big Pineapple, the hinterlands like Montville for a view of the coast.
Emundi markets are the best on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Mooloolaba beach is obviously the draw card and deservedly so. My morning walks along the boardwalk towards Alexandria Headland were made very enjoyable by the view. This was enhanced by the variety and quality of the restaurants. Some of our favourites were Casita (wine bar) and Rice Boi (fusion asian). But the best by far was Bocca (mediteranean) at Bokarina, a short drive but worth it.

Nautilus is a good value resort that is well-located in Mooloolaba just off the Esplanade. The room was comfortable although is overdue for a refresh. I have previously stayed at Nautilus in a renovated room which was excellent. The car park is spacious and suitable for a large 4WD which is somewhat unusual for Mooloolaba. The managers are excellent. Overall, Nautilus is a good place to stay in Mooloolaba without breaking the bank.
Perfect location, 2 min walk to the Mooloolaba beachfront with all the main beachfront shops accessible within minutes. The room size was great for what we needed. Pool access was a little confusing at first, but overall perfectly fine. Staff were super lovely and supportive with great recommendations.
A nice surprise for small apartment complex, the apt is nicely renovated, a great location and very clean and comfortable. The massive outdoor deck was great. A nice change from the big hotels we normally stay at while in Mooloolaba. Coffee downstairs is excellent and 2 minute walk to the beach.
