AustraliaThe owners were friendly and welcoming. This motel is very clean and cosy. The beds are big and very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. It’s also a very quiet location , close to the pier and some good cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend the Admiral Motor Inn for a stay in Rosebud.

AustraliaWarm homey feel from the minute we pulled into drive. Karen and Ewald are excellent hosts who have created a lovely relaxing environment for all ages to enjoy. We were like little kids discovering all there is to appreciate at Rosehaven. It's all the little extra thoughtful touches scattered around that add so much charm and make you feel welcome. A lot of thought, love and work has gone into creating the perfect getaway regardless of the weather.

While staying at Rosebud it's within reasonable distance to many interesting places. Nothing is more than an 30 minute drive. Sorrento is really nice with good shopping and eating options and of course the beach. Red Hill is good with it's choices of wineries to experience. We really enjoyed The Green Olive winery, beautiful grounds and family friendly. We ate at the Rosebud Hotel, always good value and plenty to chose from. Spa has been removed but signage still left on back door, disappointing. *Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds. Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops. No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival. All Toilet roll holders not added. No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers. Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats. Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes. It was a wonderful location.
It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...
One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Property is super clean and comfortable, fully equipped facilities with big enough space for a big family to enjoy the holiday in Rosebud. Carolyn is super friendly and helpful, we found welcome snack when we arrived on the first day which was so suprised. The door is a coded lock which prevents locking in the key or having to remember to take them.
