Although the place is close to a main Melbourne road, it was quiet. We had a separated room which had a toilet and a bathroom next door. We felt safe and well, parking was available next to the house. We liked especially the room price which was probably the lowest in the whole area.

Simple, clean, perfect for what I needed.
I was in room 4 which I would recommend avoiding because the light from the entrance to the hotel shine straight through the very thin curtains.
Easily fixed with some blackout curtains.
