Breakfast is good (coffee not very nice though),but overpriced (especially for children). We booked it as an experience for the children, but I would recommend families to visit a boulangerie and get a much better deal.

The owner of the hotel was really nice. The hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. It is well situated near the center of the city and close to the train station. It is also very close to the city of Ath (15 minutes by train). I recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely time staying here. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, and really made us feel at home — especially important as we were travelling with our 1-year-old daughter. The house is beautifully decorated, really peaceful and comfortable, with a big garden and large toy room. Our room was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Both dinner and breakfast were fresh and amazing too. It’s such a relaxing and family-friendly place, and you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into it. We only stayed one night as we were travelling to Pairi Daiza, but we’d definitely love to come back one day!

The hosts exude a lovely family atmosphere and make every effort to make their guests as comfortable as possible. It's a very nice place to stay but maybe not so much for older people (staircase is quite steep). For the very good breakfast you can express your wishes. You can lock your bicycle in a separate outbuilding. It's a very good location for e.g. roadbike tours through Flanders and the Walloon Region.

Location great, apparently a 10 minute walk from Pairi Daiza (zoo) but we drove. Expected the yurt to be cold as it was early April but it was lovely and toasty inside. Adequately equipped kitchen and a lovely shower room with towels provided. If you plan to arrive later in the day make sure you bring in food/milk etc as there's not many shops open. Hostess lovely but speaks no English so brush up on your French, however we managed very well with translations on smartphones. Bedrooms have king size beds but no storage so fine for a couple of days, wouldn't want to stay longer as nowhere to put your clothes. Would definitely stay there again :)
