Booked an apartment room for 3 people on the day of the arrival after got notice that my previous booking in another apartment in Brussels was cancelled. The parking was free and spacious. It was near from highway so it’s suitable for transit. The room was nice and clean.

The location was convenient to travel throughout belgium. The staff were really lovely and we'd definitely come again. The rooms are a little basic but the showers are 100% amazing and thats what we needed! [We didnt take the breakfast so cant comment on that]

The staff were very nice and helpful although it was a struggle to communicate due to their English level. Breakfast was good and the hotel room that I was given was nice with views to the battlefield. The area is quiet at night and I slept very well.

The air conditioning was not working, and if you open the windows we got eaten by mosquitoes. They brought us a little swamp cooler but just for one room. The TVs did not work, they were missing equipment, again they fixed one but not the other. The Wi-Fi only worked in the hallway so as soon as the door closed the signal went away. The sign in the room said one thing about the wi-fi but we had to track down an employee to find out that the sign was wrong, and we needed another password for the wi-fi.
There was no one there to check us in at 4:00 we found someone after 10 minutes but she knew very little but gave us the room key and towels.
