Very very friendly private owner. Picked us up from the airport und showed us arround the island, gave us a ride to a grocery shop, dropped us at the beach, helped / told us a lot about the island and what to do. Overall it was really nice staying there.

This is seriously one of the best accommodations we have stayed at! The beach is very close by around 5 min walking, the place is big and very comfortable for 3-4 people. We stayed 11 days, the kitchen has all the amenities you might need, you can also use the laundry, patio, parking, etc. As it is centrally located in the island you can reach almost any destination within 10-30 min driving.
But definitely the biggest highlight for us was the kindness and helpful attitude from our Host. He recommended us the best beaches, restaurants and tours to go to! The main purpose of our travel was to buy a land in the island and he was also very helpful with recommendations for realtor, lawyers, constructions companies, etc.
Honestly the best value for money and when we go back to Exuma we hope to always stay at Ivan's place! 200% recommended!!
