I used to live in Gaborone and know the town quite well. I looked into staying at the Protea and the Hilton (for the points) but then I did a search and found the Aria. I am glad I did! The hotel was lovely and comfortable. Great amenities. Great location. Great price! I would gladly stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Crystal Palace in Gaborone yesterday, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is immaculately clean, with well-kept facilities and very quiet neighborhood that immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. What caught my interest most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, creating a hospitable atmosphere that made a real difference. Whether you're visiting Gaborone for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Crystal Palace. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to the city! I wish you people have branch in Maun

    One of the cleanest cities I have visited.

    One of the cleanest cities I have visited. Although the business centre of Botswana, there are plenty of things to do, from shopping, sightseeing, game reserves, etc. The night life is quite busy, and if you want to go out, even by yourself, it is exceptionally safe, and you will soon make new friends. Using taxis (InDrive) is just a breeze and you will find a driver in no time, so you do not even need your own transport. If you need help, just ask around and the friendly people of Botswana will be very eager to help you.

    I travelled for a business meeting in Gaborone with my collegue. One of the highlights for me was the significant improvement in road traffic around Gaborone. It was a breath of fresh air to see the roads moving swiftly, making it easy to navigate between our accomodation and the business meeting at Cresta President Hotel. Kudos to the Botswana government for enhancing the road infrastructure in Gaborone! We lodged at Rosenia Boutique Hotel and it was delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, they assisted us with everything we needed.The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to relax and focus on my work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gaborone, whether for business or leisure.

    Gaborone is a safe place for tourists and easy to get around using google maps. In terms of restaurants, there are a lot of varieties especially at shopping malls with some restaurants such as Mozambik and the Braai Place offering traditional meals.

    Well located in the new Gaborone CBD and in the iTower building. The property is individually owned and not part of the hotel also located in the iTower building. The views from the apartment are fantastic. The air conditioning is effective, which is essential in Gaborone. It is an apartment, more like home-from-home rather than a hotel. But the hotel facilities are available, with a good restaurant located on the roof of the building - well worth going there just for the view. This is the tallest building in Botswana.
