The guest house is very clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and the bed slept well. I was attending a funeral at a nearby village. Because of a change of schedule I needed to check-in early but it wasn't a problem The staff was very accommodating.

There was no hot water even though it was a cold night and cold morning. I was told the gyser was put on but later informed the element could be burnt as I failed to get any hot water out. No option was given to provide me with any hot water to bath even after requesting for that.
My bathroom had no shower curtain to stop water from splashing on to the toilet area.

Awesome overnight accommodation. Rooms have all been recently refurbished - comfortable beds, clean linen, lovely bathrooms, and little added extras. Braai dinner was superb and breakfast a real treat. Will definitely recommend Serowe Hotel!
