Highly recommended place to stay especially if you want to get away from the traffic noise. Situated not too far from downtown. We ate at the golf course restaurant, not too far away and you don't have to go downtown. Restaurant name is Clubhouse Casual. We were just passing through and weren't very interested in the city.

Our room was dirty.
Our room was dirty. We stayed in same hotel the year prior and our breakfast was included and our room wasn’t dirty then.
We ate dinner at Mr. Mike’s, and that was decent.
The Main Street was all torn up.
Probably won’t stay in Cranbrook again.

The staff were polite and friendly. The stay was excellent value for money and the amenities were very good. The downtown restaurant , the Heidout, where we dined, was very good. Lovely off leash area for our dog.

"Hot Shots" A coffee place like no other.
"Hot Shots" A coffee place like no other. They say "we're not a fast food place." Bravo. Great espresso shots and a very broad menu from a kitchen that cares. 5*****+
"The Heid Out & Fisher Peak Brewery"..... FP Brewing just won the award for the best IPA in Canada. Also a fine wine list & select whiskeys. Great staff...A shout out to Carol at the bar!!
& what if you had a brewing company pub with more than an average kitchen. Tip of the hat to the superb kitchen staff! The Hunter's Schnitzel would get rave reviews in a classy restaurant. & (sorry no photo!) the Crême Brulé presentation was top class & the taste? ......to die for! 5*****+ for sure!
Why settle for franchise fast food on the main strip, or lukewarm Starbucks coffee? Cranbrook has real gems!!

We were there for a medical procedure and there was a snowstorm so it was a good place to be safely. We utilized the restaurant because it was close and the staff was very friendly there. We travel to Cranbrook often from Creston , but don't often stay overnight

Our family vacation at Ramada Cranbrook was unforgettable! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making sure our kids had a great time. The kids' club was fantastic, and they couldn't wait to go every day. The pool area was perfect, and we enjoyed every minute of relaxation. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel is located in the perfect spot for easy access to all the main attractions. Highly recommend for families!
Cheap and cheerful. Whilst an older building the place has been spruced up with a lock of paint, making it look a lot more inviting when entering g the rooms. The beds comfy and clean, the toilet is equally clean and the bath was great to relax in. We stayed one night for the sole purpose of getting to the airport the following morning and this hotel is perfect for that.
everything was great, clean comfortable. microwave, fridge and Keurig and mini type kitchenette was great, clean bathroom with heater and huge bed , new TV and tons of room for decent price. would recommend if needing a place to stay in Cranbrook!
Location was by a trail in lovely mountains outside of Cranbrook. Hosts were interesting and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs from the house chickens and strawberries from the garden.
Breakfast was good. Fresh omelette was good.
Maybe some tomatoes. Location was handy to walk to downtown area. The Bayleaf restaurant at the hotel is good as well.
