Fairly convenient location in the suburbs - 30min to the Falls, restaurants within 10min of driving. There is one parking space for guests. Two proper separate bedrooms, one of them has a desk. Proper kitchen with a full size fridge and oven. Shower pressure ok. Basement was quite chilly in mid-April, insufficiently heated. Steep stairs down. The family living upstairs is a bit noisy (children). Annoying cold white lights everywhere, no reading lights for the evening.
