Cleanliness. Staff person was expecting and ready for us though we pulled in early in the AM--she told us what we needed to know before we could ask. Cheerful and helpful staffperson the next AM, which was especially appreciated after a short night's sleep.

    Stayed here during my drive from Texas to explore Canada. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The hotel was in a great location with fabulous breakfast at restaurant nextdoor. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Being able to park right in front was convenient for bringing luggage inside. I’d certainly stay here again if I’m back up this way!

    When I first checked in I was told I had booked a smoking room - I didn’t see anything on the booking website about a smoking room and definitely did not want that. They switched my reservation to a no smoking room immediately with no problems. Customer service was friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

    Rooms are always clean. The staff is always happy and helpful. The beds are super comfy. The hot complementary breakfast tastes amazing, with many different items to choose from. I look forward to my stay at this hotel when I visit Valleyview.

    One of the better hotels in town. Location is easy to access with a few amenities in walking distance. Comfortable rooms and clean. Breakfast is inexpensive with several options to choose from - remember to ask for a voucher.

    I always stay here when i come to Valleyview. This hotel never disappoints. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. The free hot breakfast at the restaurant always tastes amazing.
