Nice hotel very good location easy to get everywhere in Basel. Tram stop in front of the hotel. The room is so comfortable equipped with everything. Front desk staff so nice especially Mr. Ismael he gentlemen very helpful. It's one of the best hotel in the area.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center and the train station. There’re triple glasses windows in the room, it’s very quiet when I stay in the room even the location is close to the center. The room is very big and clean. The location is excellent minutes walk from the main station. The building is beautiful and the room was attractively decorated. The staff were great. I dealt with several and thy were friendly and helpful recommending places to eat . When I couldn't work the shower a housekeeper came up to show me what to do. I had an issue with my onwards travel and reception staff were very helpful in making sure I received messages and calling the company for me as I had no phone reception. When I learned tha t I would need to make a three hour bus trip to meet my cruise boat they got me a taxi to the meeting point and gave me a bottle of water for the trip.
