Backstage is such a fantastic place to stay. We had a luxurious room with a balcony. The spa with hot tub, sauna, steam room, heated loungers and more was wonderful and made coming home from skiing a delight. The breakfast was divine.The location couldn't be better, located near the train station and in the center of town. I can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel is the perfect location- great views and central to all shopping and restaurants!!. walking distance to the Sunnega train and on the bus stop for Matterhorn express. The hotel offers a ski room and lockers which are a terrific benefit. Plus, the rental store has good choices and a discount. It feels new and clean. The spa is extraordinary with multiple saunas, a rooftop pool and comfortable indoor lounging.

We could not have been happier with our hotel choice of Hotel Parnass in Zermatt. It was an easy walk from the train station, the receptionist was very welcoming, our room had the view of the Matterhorn, we were centrally located for both the shopping street, restaurants and walk or mini-bus to the Matterhorn lift. And the shower was one of the best experiences in years of travel. Highly recommended hotel for any visitor!
