Checked in after 9 pm using entry by code supplied by email. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady at breakfast. There was a good varied selection to chose from. The room was comfortable and clean, the swiss chocolate Toblerone on the pillows was a nice, thoughtful, touch. Checkout was quick and efficient.

Rooms were spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Great choice of breakfast, cereal ham cheeses bread rolls yoghurts boiled eggs and fruit. Reception staff and lady at breakfast was lovely. 5min walk from the train station in a lovely little square just off the river.

Very friendly staff and helpful as well. It ought to be noted that the hotel is in the old town and a car free area. Thus if arrving by car (we came by train so this did not affect us) parking will be away from the hotel. Excellent restaurant.
