The personnel were really nice. Room was clean and had a beautiful view. Shower had warm water and a private changing area. Breakfast was good including the plate of breakfast meats and cheese. Location is easy to reach with public transportation and conveniently close to the base of the gondola. Great to have such a nice option that is affordable even in the middle of ski season!

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Metzgern in Sarnen. The hotel’s central location near the train station made it convenient for exploring the area. My room was comfortable and nicely decorated, providing a relaxing environment.

The spa facilities were unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. The room was smartly furnished and designed. Good view from the balcony. Spectactular view from the top floor of the hotel. Good breakfast. Very good Thai cuisine for dinner.
