Very helpful staff, the rooms are clean, parking available with direct access to the room. Good breakfast and the overall organisation is really good. Central location about 15-20 minutes walking to the central square.

The location is great. Very comfy. Good restaurant and friendly staff. However they could be a little bit more service oriented, like extending the check out for an hour or two free of charge OR provide a tiny little portion of olive oil and honey for free and not ask for 15CHF.

The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.
