I appreciated the triple bin for waste separation, and the kitchen was well-organized with many items that are not always available in other apartments. Additionally, the lady in charge provided all the necessary arrival information in a very clear and detailed email.

We spent a fantastic weekend in this mountain flat with my parents and the experience was impeccable! The location is perfect, less than 20 minutes from the ski slopes, which allowed us to make the most of our days in the snow. The flat is spacious and well laid out, with cosy bedrooms and a separate living area, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Very friendly and responsive host. I highly recommend this flat, we will definitely be back!

We get a message a few hours before we arrived. The problem was we didn't got internet in Switzerland. So we didn't now we get a message. We pressed on a doorbell of one of the persons in the complex. It was a very sweet Ukranian men that helped us. He gave us a wifi code and told us about the message and code to get the key. We booked this appartement for us and our 2 baby's. It was to small for 4 people. It looks bigger on the pictures, but its very small.

Unable to use UK plug adapters due to electrical wall socket profiles. The room was clean but very austere. Closing the outside window shutters is a very precarious process. You should only lean out of these windows when they're open with extreme caution. That's because they have a very low window ledge, and depending on which floor you're on (we were on the 2nd floor), there's a 30-40 foot or 9-13 metre drop below. A major plus is that this accommodation is very close to the Gotthard tunnel, which enabled us to drive through it circa 06:30-06:45 hours without queuing the next morning.
