We loved Hotel Alpina! From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We had an evening train out of town and asked to store our luggage. They were more than happy to hold it for us all day. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing with great customer service. The food was fresh and there were plenty of choices. But I think the best part was the view from our rooms. Waking up to see the alps right in front of you was breathtaking. The natural light that poured in was serene. Each room had a little balcony for sitting and enjoying the scenery. This hotel exceeded my expectations and came with an excellent price point. I hope to return to Murren one day, and if so I will be staying at the Hotel Alpina without a doubt.

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren.

There's an absolutely gorgeous view of the Swiss Alps just outside the window. The bathrooms were well appointed and remodeled.

We absolutely love Mürren, and we were so happy to find such a beautifully renovated hotel. Most hotels in the area tend to be quite old. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and absolutely loved the decor and the spacious balcony with its stunning view. We can’t wait to go back!

I have to start with the service. I have traveled my fair share, and I have never experienced anyone more attentive and eager to please than Chris. I stayed with my wife and parents. Chris went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were having the best holiday possible.. Our rooms were spacious, and the balcony views offered everything Switzerland was supposed to be. The views from the hotel were spectacular. You are away from any tourist traffic and steps away from the North Face Trail. Breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed dinner multiple nights during our stay.
