Its a castle. The hostess was very nice and helpfull. My room was very big and I had access to 2 bathrooms and a living area / kitchenette. Coffee and tea were available for free. The castle is surrounded by farms and is in a lovely location. I travelled by bike and there is a dedicated bike locker with all necessary utilities.

Super friendly staff with a lot of passion. They made vegan breakfast for us (order in advance!) Cool rooftop terrace. We were on a cycling trip and could lock our bikes indoor. No problem.

I’ve been coming to the Stadthaus for roughly 20 years and have always found it an exceptional location and building. I have always been well taken care of and have enjoyed every stay. It’s a beautiful area and a peaceful place to enjoy yourself. The food is always good and the service exceptional.

The hotel Berchtold with its own parking garage is very centrally located in the shopping quarter, only one minute walk from the station.

I had a meeting in Burgdorf, so the hotel was the perfect choice. The room was wide and clean, nice breakfast. Will come again in case of future visits to Burgdorf
