Lovely location by the lake. The room was not the best in terms of cleanliness. The staff were ok I’d say, Wasn’t the most helpful or friendly! The wardrobe door in our room fell off and nearly caused us injury. Sliding doors in the toilet with no locks! The heating/ac wouldn’t work! They provided small fan heater which only worked for a couple of minutes. The breakfast was the same every day! Not much options for vegetarians. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best of experience and will not be returning to this hotel again.

A great place — a hidden gem in the heart of the picturesque countryside, yet very conveniently located just 12 minutes by train from Geneva. We felt very welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. They even upgraded our room to a Suite, which was excellent. As an added bonus, they provided a free transport pass that allowed us to travel around the beautiful Coppet area at no cost. Plus, the complimentary airport shuttle was super convenient — we were happy to take advantage of it!
