Ascona is an amazing small town with beautiful views and quiet scenic streets. 7 Boutique hotel was in a spectacular location.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the center of the city.

Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the fun and humorous artwork. Breakfast was very delicious and served on beautiful china. I enjoyed the floor fan that was provided, since I had to keep curtains closed. Bus stop was nearby

High speed WiFi. Pamela who helped us with the check-in was very warm and nice. Good to spend one night if you are on a budget. Good parking space available.

Hotel la Palma au Lac is located on the beautiful lake promenade of Locarno, a few steps from the city center. All rooms provide a TV, a safe and a private bathroom.

The room was great although the bathroom was a bit small but overall fantastic room. The entire staff was incredible and nice , I did feel like supper service was a tad rushed but the wait staff was still very pleasant and friendly.

    Fantastic location, room was very comfy, and the facilities were modern. The hotel itself is great, but the bar restaurant and beach club is awesome. Positioned right on the lake with beautiful views, sunbeds, an artificial beach, a bar and the food and wine was exceptional. The owner really thought about what he was putting together with this place and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was exceptional, if you want a place to stay which is a little quieter but still has a bit of action about it, then this is the place.

    Beautiful apartment with door code access. Parking close by for a reasonable rate, and can be paid by ParkingPay app. 1CHF per hour from 08:00 to 19:00, thereafter without charge. Apartment itself very well appointed, air con, kitchen, dishwasher etc. All in immaculate condition. Vira is a lovely location, not too busy with some nice beaches and bars.

    Great location - and for once "beachfront" was an accurate description ! The hotel has vary basic rooms but it was adequate for a one night stay and the bed was very comfortable . Shared bathroom was excellent . The restaurant offered a terrific meal and a view of the lake .

    Great view, we loved that the hotel is situated in a few smaller buildings, like this it makes it more private, quiet and great for a good rest. The restaurant with very good food and good prices. Hiking trail just around the corner was a good point!
