It's located at the lake side with beautiful views, there's a ferry stop there, in close distance there's nice place to sunbath, swim and sup in Lago Mio, really food restaurant in parkhotel schwert. There are several wanderweg & mountain trails from Weesen or Amden, you can also use bus & train to got to the other (really lovely) side of the lake or near Glarus or Klontalersee. Beautiful place for holidays.
Beautiful place for holidays. When we were there most of the restaurants and smaller businesses were shut due to Covid 19 scare. Place looked dead. Hope the small restaurants and shops return to brighten up the townGuest review byGulSwitzerland
