I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter...
I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter time. It was very cold inside of the cabin. We had to sleep in skiing jackets and hats. The owners do not provide heaters and it’s next to impossible to heat up the bedrooms. They have a wood stove that doesn’t make much difference. In addition, we had to wake up every two hours to add wood in the stove. However, I can imagine this place can be lovely if you stay during the summer since the view and surroundings are beautiful.Guest review byYarosh

The communal living room with fireplace was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the heat and conversation with other guests and the meals were fabulous including locally sourced trout. The rooms were very comfy, quiet and warm. We travelled with three children and they made sure we had interconnecting rooms. The hotel location is fabulous to access Huilo Huilo and Puerto Fuy. Really great room, comfy bed, hot shower, nice lighting, fast WiFi, really quiet at night (no barking dogs!!) Use of kitchen to store fresh food and cook. Staff were super nice, and patient with me getting in their way while I cooked eggs. Also got some great recommendations for places to visit after I left Panguipulli. Our three bedroom cabin was spacious and well stocked with supplies. The only source of heat is the wood stove, which most of the time was not necessary to use. It was quiet and peaceful and the town of Panguipulli was about a 15 minute drive. The location was great for exploring the area.Guest review byMary-EllenCanada
