The location being close to Patagonia National Park was wonderful. The dome was in very quiet place and had wonderful views of the scenery around. Christian was very nice and his dogs were fun.

Incredible location, nice (and warm) communal areas and fantstic food each night prepared by chef Venecia. Portions are huge so easy to share meals/starters/mains.
On the property itself there’s an incredibly rewarding hike with some of the best views we had on our trip (but you need to walk all the way to the end!).
Staff are delightful - a special mention for Belén who is the sweetest!

Best place we stayed on the Carretera austral. Beautiful setting and an excellent team led by Domingo who really looked after us. This hotel has charm in abundance.

Good food, restaurant meal, not cheap, but very good. Fab views from lodge. We changed our lodge on arrival so check out other lodges when you arrive. Log burner in room good and they provided matches and kindling.stunning views from you bed! Only 10 mins into town for supplies. They put our food in their fridge for us.staff helpful friendly and spoke English.
Beautiful little town. Very few services. River rafting and hike around confluence is awesome!! I would base from Rio Tranquillo. It is way more stunning, has many more services and the 80k road up the river has many stops of stunning beauty. The lake, waterfalls, grand vistas and the glacier. The road to Bertrand is not bad you can go early raft and return no problem.
