The host was very welcoming and even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. The accommodation was very high standard and even though temperatures outside was -16 the room was really warm and cozy. I would highly recommend this place for Pingyao visit as it was also great central location.

The location was perfect—situated within the ancient town, but not on the busiest street, yet still just a short distance away. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in an ancient style. There was no noise at night, allowing for a peaceful stay.

It was wonderful to stay in a historic building in a historic town. The property is well designed, and it’s a peaceful haven away from bustling streets of Pingyao.
