Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center is located around 14 minutes' walk away.

Modern, clean, big room, location was great and I liked the near by COCO park. There was a good gym, swimming poll and the view from the room was nice. Breakfast was good but limited if you are looking for western food.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful and very kind with the kids. The hotel is very close to many shopping malls and cafes and the area is surrounded everywhere with restaurants. Also, the metro station is very close like 3 minutes walk.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I believe the staff and services at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen were some of the best I ever recieved. The staff was amazing, attentive, and treated me wonderfully. The location was great and close to many malls, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean with a beautiful view of the city. Will definitely stay again

Don’t recommend stay here ! due to their service is bad also in room Nespresso machine not match a different brand of capsule ! Doesn’t suitable as a five star hotel also they let some stranger be around in the lobby of 43 floor without asking what they are doing there saw a man holding garbage plastic bags in the lobby ! also many non hotel guest ladies taking pictures around the lobby cafe without spending are very disturb whom enjoy their tea time in the cafe turned out those ladies are still taking picture after we left. for those reasons I’m not comfortable having my afternoon tea near the lobby

    New hotel close to fair grounds. But frankly speaking fair grounds are big and sometimes better go by metro. Station is close to hotel. Hotel only for fairs visitors. Way to center about 1 hour.

Sparkling Chinese Metropolis

Shenzhen is considered one of the most successful and prosperous cities in China. It is located in the Guangdong province, along the border with Hong Kong. Although 30 years ago it was a small fishing village, the creation of the first Special Economic Zone transformed the region into a bustling metropolis with almost 15 million people.

    Did not have time to go around too many places during my stay this time. Futian area where the hotel is was excellent. Local cuisine are always my favorite. Getting AliPay and Wechat pay work is a bit challenge for foreigner like me since we don't have local credit card and cell phone number. Nanto Ancient City is impressive.

    A shopping paradise for electronics products & food. Unfortunately, too many shops selling similar items. Safety access is a great concern in time of emergency. Much improvement is required. Lots of clean cabs everywhere.

    Vibrant city, and I could spend days walk through all the busy streets. The electronics market is something to marvel. The metro system is clean and very user friendly, even for foreign people. Shenzhen is my favorite city in mainland China!

    There are not too many things to do in Shenzhen and most of them are not free. If you like Chinese food - there is plenty. Shopping is good too. I had my personal interest and visiting Shenzhen not a first time. It is a short ride on subway to Shekou, where you can find lots of restaurants and some entertainment. Guangzhou is only 3-5 hours train ride and there you can find a lot of historical places. Fancy gambling? Ferry to Hong Kong or Macau... Very convenient location. Also there you can buy all sorts of electronics, good, bad, real or fake.

    Shenzhen is located very good to go around inner city and also to the nearby cities. It is a great city with diversity and very convenient to travel to Hong Kong, Macau, and Guanzhou, the Capital City of Canton Province.

    Dongmen is a v good place to stay, near train stn and shopping malls. SZ has v developed sub way system to move around. Services by the local staff make us feel v welcome. Not pushy, patience with us when we not sure on the payment method or taking our time to think. We will sure to visit SZ again!

    Better than all the 5 star hotels we have stayed in China. Lily at reception was extremely helpful and spoke great English, which made us feel very comfortable staying there. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend this apartments over staying at other hotels as it is so spacious. It’s also connected to a mall which was great as it has been raining all week. Great restaurants all around. 10/10.

    Hotel was clean and you have everything you need. Shenzen city view at 34th floor was amazing. Breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties to try. Right in the center of Futian area you have a lot of places to go, visit and eat. Easy connection to other Shenzhen areas like Nanshan or Shenzhen Bay.

    Hotel staff was very friendly, possibly best service I've experienced in China. Beautiful interior and the entire ambiance of the space was very nicely designed. Location of the hotel was fun - I enjoyed walking around the area during daytime and grabbing a drink at the nearby bars at night.

    The rooms in this hotel are spectacular with amazing views over Shenzhen. Bed is very comfortable and great bathroom / shower. I paid around £70 GBP per night for my stay which is incredible value. Reception is on the 50th floor so the hotel has a very cool feeling as you arrive.
