Luca is a nice person and very helpful. He supported us a lot and also his staff was very friendly. Many of the critique points mentioned in previous reviews have been taken up. In our case we paid for taxes and AC, but it was already included in the price demonstrated in booking.com, so it was no suprise. The pizza was one of the best I ever had in a tropical country. The beach is nice and all yours.
