The close proximity to Dominical made my stay without a car very good. Super welcoming and friendly team everywhere in the hotel. Room was spacious and the surrounding gardens beautiful. Breakfast was OK.

I LOVED the pool, large, clean - so refreshing, and great AC. The location is in a sweet spot - easy to get to, secluded from the business, yet close (just a few minutes) to drive back into town. Parking lot for guests. We took the smaller bungalow with patio for 6 days. It was fine. It was all we needed. May try one of the larger rooms next time. The shared kitchen area is plenty big.

Great location walkable to town and the beach. Friendly, welcoming staff was able to accommodate our early check-in and was quick to replace a burned out light bulb. Pool was nice. Room was dark and quiet and comfortable for sleeping. AC worked well. Got a solid night’s sleep there.

Enjoyed our stay at Tropical Sands! A quiet place in a more secluded area, but still close enough to walk to the main areas in town, felt very safe staying here. It was nice to have a communal kitchen and resources for any activities to book. Our AC stopped working momentarily and staff was very quick in fixing it for us and had no other issues!

We were within walking distance of everything - the beach, the shopping, the food. The best food was right where we were staying so that was an extra bonus! The owners of La Junta couldn't have been any nicer and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more than we did; from the fruit bowl, the coffee, the beautiful room with our very own hammock to rest in, life was great!
