Beautiful place for relaxing. Nice private beach, amazing, huge garden. Everything well taken care of. The staff (Daniela and all the rest of the employees) are super friendly and helpful. Fantastic restaurant. Made two great, interesting tours with guide Alejandro. Everything highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good. Easy location to get to. Hotel was very interesting with the pirate theme. Room was very private with a nice view of the water through some trees.

The property has a great view over the coastline. Very close to Playa Naranjo harbour and beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, with all the necessary amenities for cooking and with an amazing terrace with a beautiful view (we spot a lot of birds).
Above all, the owners are amazing people, very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and special (fresh and homemade food)

A lot of locations recommend a 4x4 and you are OK if you are a careful driver, not here, you need a 4x4 and you need to switch to "Rock and Dirt" to get out of this property. That said, this is a remarkable house with super accommodating owners. We were last minute callers because of a no show host at another house. We could not have been happier. The house is precariously perched on a cliff overlooking a private beach. There is a kayak. To get to the beach you go back down the driveway past the green painted rocks, a nice path goes from there. There are monkeys that visit the house (fig tree) in the morning. There is air conditioning in the bedroom. An oven. Two decks, upper and lower. A surprise find for us and we will come back to stay here again I hope. Highly recommend for the adventurous.

I feel safe here. Really great people, always very clean, soft sheets, and the restaurant is excellent. Real bacon for breakfast; not that composite particle stuff. Right on the beach. The sunrises AND sunsets are magical here. It's the only place I stay in Puntarenus.
