We stopped at Meraki as it was a midpoint for our travel day. The room was comfortable, and the property nicely maintained. My children enjoyed the 2 different pools.

The hotel and residences are in need of a lot of TLC, not worth the price. Plus: own marina so you can be picked up for Tortuga and other tours, spacious apartments. Iguanas roam around the property freely so you can enjoy the hotel pool with company :) Minus: shabby premises

We were looking for a first night close to the airport to rest from our long trip in plane and be relax the next morning, enjoying a breakfast with the view And finally it was super difficult to find, we got lost, arrived exhausted and there were no breakfast the next morning because the landlord went in vacation So, hard time for the first night . But the landlady was friendly and the room was ok. No small light close to the bed to read but ok and clean.
