This is an exceptional place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what we like. They bent over backwards to find us a room after booking.com didn’t send them our updated dates. They could not have treated us better.

This is a family run place, where they take the time to have a chat with the guests and you feel the passion of being hosts and making their guests having a good time. If you look for a place in the nature and a bit of the mainstream tourist spots to discover Monteverde mountains, this will be a great place. If you have children they will love the animals they hold on the property. The little house I stayed was clean and the breakfast was great. If I come back to Costa Rica, I will visit again and stay for a couple of days.

What a beautiful place , loved everything, the views are amazing, the staff lovely , great size room 2 beds 2 bathrooms. Food in restaurant really tasty, zip lining over the waterfalls fabulous, area around beautiful, lovely pool .

the photos don't lie - this place was pretty amazing. incredible views from the (almost) infinity pool looking down into the valley. staff were super nice and accommodating. kitchen with everything we needed. rooms were REALLY with great detailing.
the drive up is pretty windy so recommend arriving during the day ;)

I feel safe here. Really great people, always very clean, soft sheets, and the restaurant is excellent. Real bacon for breakfast; not that composite particle stuff. Right on the beach. The sunrises AND sunsets are magical here. It's the only place I stay in Puntarenus.

The hotel and residences are in need of a lot of TLC, not worth the price. Plus: own marina so you can be picked up for Tortuga and other tours, spacious apartments. Iguanas roam around the property freely so you can enjoy the hotel pool with company :)
