My husband, two teenagers, and myself very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Luna. I would stay here again. Grounds are beautiful. One of the hot tubs was quite nice. The pool was beautiful. There is a very nice short hiking trail along a river on the grounds. There are frogs, lizards, birds, etc on the grounds which we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Good coffee. Fresh fruit juice. Our room was small but clean and with sufficient towels. We had rented a car and found it very easy to drive to everywhere we wanted from Casa Luna.

The staff were excellent! They were friendly and knowledgeable. They offered an extra single bed for our family of 5, which gave us three beds. The room was beautiful with a view of the volcano from the balcony. The pool bartender was also friendly and attentive. The hotel is very family friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel back to that area. We also loved the hot and cold pools. It was a fun way to end our evenings, including a swim up bar!

The property is beautiful. The pools are clean and well maintained, busy during peak hours (midday to 7pmish) but not busy during the morning or later at night. The hotel is beautiful, rooms comfortable, jacuzzi a nice touch, breakfast was great! We enjoyed eating by the pool and room service was also very good. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Make sure you stay at the hotel for at least one entire day (no excursions) to really take advantage of the facilities. We saw quite a bit of wildlife including tucans, lizards, coati and more.
