It’s a great place for a day or two whilst you visit San Jose or a do stop by the airport. Luis, the manager, is helpful and easy-going. Kitchen is well stocked and a comfortable place to cook and eat. Our room (8) was comfortable - one pillow was a little too big for comfort. There’s a good supermarket around the corner but just up the road after the American embassy on the right is a shopping complex with a bigger and cheaper supermarket. And a Bank de Costa Rica with free atm withdrawals.

This property is located only 500 metres from Parque Metropolitano La Sabana Park in central San José. It offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness centre.

The breakfast was superb!! Fresh fruit, tamales, eggs and bacon for my husband...delicious! The pool was wonderful, the room super-clean and the king-size bed exceedingly comfortable. We would stay there again!

The pool area and the garden was nice, staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby area is also refurbished but not the rooms unfortunately. Close to the airport.

Great location (Short walk to Parque Central and pleasant Barrio Amón neighbourhood). Staff very helpful and friendly. Safe and secure hotel. A lovely breakfast to get the day going.

We had high expectations for Posada el Quijote before arriving as a result of the many excellent reviews and were not disappointed. The location is excellent, with stunning views of the city and the hotel feels more like you have been invited into someone’s beautiful home, due to the spacious and nicely appointed shared living areas. The service was great and the inclusive breakfast was very good too. All for a very reasonable price.

We loved the new soaps you put in the bathroom. Breakfast was not as complete as usual.

The Country Inn & Suites By Radisson San Jose Aeropuerto is located 8km from Juan Santamaria Airport and is the closest hotel to the Costa Rica Convention Center, you can walk to get there.
