The location was very peaceful and pretty. You definitely need a car if you're staying here but it is well worth it. The host is super helpful and sweet. Loved the coatis and the monkeys! Swimming pools, as everything else, were kept clean and pretty. The paths going around the place are beautiful. The breakfast was good, all the fruit was lovely, well worth the price. The room had everything we could have needed. No bug problems, some ants are to be expected.

It was an easy walk to the beach. There were a number of good restaurants in Tambor many within walking distance.;we had a car so could drive to other beaches in the area such as Montezuma. Tambor proved to be a good base for exploring.

The hotel is well located for downtown Montezuma, but has a really tranquil and quiet feel, surrounded by vegetation and the bonus that the monkeys visit each evening. The pool is a good size and picturesque. The restaurant facilities are also really tastefully done. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our visit except for breakfast (which was only advised after booking).

There's a restaurant connected to the hotel. I like how quiet it was, I like that there's a terrace going around the whole hotel and that you can lie in the hammock, hear the river and look out on the ocean.

Beautiful accommodation set in lovely gardens. Location was perfect, right in small village, but peaceful. The pools were so refreshing, plenty of sun beds to relax. Very clean around the whole hotel. They offered free tea and coffee and bananas and biscuits all day, which was very welcoming. As it was my birthday, they decorated our room and even supplied wine, chocolates and balloons which was a very special touch. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great value for the money. Staff friendly and attentive. We had an extra guest join on short notice and were able to accommodate for only a small surcharge. The breakfast is great and the rooms/pools nested in the trees feel really private.
