What an amazing place! We loved every moment. The jungle walks were fantastic, incl. seeing a sloth and toucans close to our bungalow. The room was fabulous. The highlight for us were the hot spring pools by the bar/restaurant. Breaksfast was also super. Incredible experience. The private hot tub was the icing on the cake! Thank you!

We loved everything about our stay at Finca Luna Nueva! The grounds were equal parts beautiful and educational, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, and the food was fresh, healthy, and delicious. We stayed four nights in a family bungalow. It was comfortable and more than enough room for five. We enjoyed pool and hot tub time, smoothies and cocktails poolside, hiking trails, a night jungle tour, and a chocolate class while on property. We also loved the white water rafting trip that we arranged through reception! We hope we’re lucky enough to return!

The property was gated with easy access by fob. Our suite was size able and overlooked a little brook. The grounds are lovely for walking. The staff was primarily one young woman coordinating our stay and several cooking and cleaning people.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family stayed in one of the villas. It was a little too big for four but would be great accomodations for a large group. The pool and spa wasn't always working and we were not sure how to turn it on/off (we also didn't ask for help), but we didn't stay at the villa much. It was stocked with everything needed for cooking etc. Our 11 year old lived the pool table.

One of our favorite places in Costa Rica. We love interesting places and Cecropia is all that and more. The road it is an adventure, but don't let that get in your way. If you want asphalt and four lane roads, then Costa Rica is not for you.
Dinners and breakfast were very delicious. We were concerned about the distance from La Fortuna, but it was worth it and we would make the same decision when visiting the area.
