We were really traveling through and the hotel met our expectations very well. The rooms was not greatly spacious, but it was fine. The staff was great. The area for food was certainly adequate, simple but the food was very gooid

Nothing was good !!
We reserved a family room and I had to put my two little kids on the ground because they didn’t have any other rooms available! Plus they send is to a different hotel because they were over booked by booking

We could not open the windows because of the smell of cooking food from the cafes nearby, the air conditioner also had bad smell. Noise from the street. Breakfast was really good with fresh orange juice and view to the sea. The room was clean. I would not recommend this hotel because of noise from the street and bad smells from cafes.

When I travel by myself, I choose to stay in hotels rather than airbnbs so that I don’t have the hassle of dealing with lock boxes and entry instructions, and so that I can talk to the hotel reception if I have any issues or questions. This hotel reception is not actually staffed. Despite giving them a 30 min arrival window, I was left stranded on the street for over 20 minutes after a 2 hour bus ride and 10 min walk with my luggage. Rather than notifying me through my messages, apparently they tried calling me to explain how to key myself into the hotel and retrieve my key from the desk, but when my number didn’t ring, they simply gave up rather than take any other action. The kind pharmacist next door called them twice and eventually they called him back.
I never saw a receptionist at the desk the whole time I was there. If I had arrived an hour later, the street would have been dark and all surrounding businesses closed.
Room also too loud - all street noise carries.
