The staff member who checked me in was very friendly, and overall, it's not a bad place to stay, plus, the location is great.
I was impressed that unlike most guest houses where I've stayed in Czechia, this one actually had a bracket to hang the shower hose.

Beautifully refurbished apartment with central location. Free parking can be find within 5 min walking distance.
Everything was perfect and nevertheless the coffee.
The access codes had shared prior arrival (by pone, email, etc.) I would have felt the entry more smooth, however was fast after a phone call.

The town is very interesting, with suprisingly wide offer of activities and sights. We liked the old catacombes and the museum of glass PASK, unfortunately we didn't manage to see the old apotheke which is also interesting.

The room was good, spacious, clean, comfortable. The hostess was friendly enough. She spoke only Czech but using a translate ap on her phone all was fine. A very nice extensive park about 15 minutes walk; about the only thing Klatovy is worth visiting for.
Comfy hotel for a work trip, services were fine and staff super helpful (late arrival, arranging for taxis, etc). the restaurant was nice too, with great menu. Very pleasing after a working day!
Few kilometres outside of the city (not easy walkable). Nice hotel room, rolling shutters and airco available. Roadside a litte noisy, not really disturbant. Nice restaurant downstairs.
