Amazing and friendly lady at the reception. Quiet and nice location. I was positively surprised that there was a kettle with tea and coffee (extra enjoyable after the whole day of skiing :)Just 13 km from the ski slopes.

-nice medieval style resort -friendly front desk staff -pet friendly -decent size rooms -front desk lady was very friendly -waitress in restaurant was super friendly -food was okay, not to rave about but definitely NOT as bad as stated in previous reviews. -no slippers in room but you can get them for free at the front desk -h4 mattress, which we really enjoyed. There are signs though, that if h4 is too hard for you, you can request a topper.
