Everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel is really worth the money you are paying. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is really, really good, and refills are coming instantly, nothing is missing. A special highlight was having a barista making coffee during whole breakfast on top of 3 self-serving coffee machines. The guy was super friendly and the coffee was excellent! I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel. It may be a bit far from the center, but the tram station leading to it is just in front of the hotel and you are within walking distance to Prague Castle.
We didn't have enough time to visit the spa, so no comments on that. We also saw a lot of things to animate the kids.

Prague is a really beautiful city with a wide variety of sites and activities to offer. I was in the city for a convention so my free time was limited to a few days. I did get around very easily on the Metro system, using the trains, trams, and buses every day. It was also a wide variety of foods and I sampled the local Czech cuisine several times. I also rented a scooter and explored the north countryside and some of the castles in the area.
The biggest challenge for me was the language. I had tried to learn some simple phrases before I came. I was able to use them to get my point across. In most cases, people understood english well enough. I will practice much more before my return trip in a couple of years.

As revealed from a fairy tale, an architectural jewel of Central European history of civilisation, where the politeness of people in every touristic service were optimum, the food delicious, both local and international cuisine, and places of interest such as the castle or parks, museums and churches were so well organised to access in every aspect, and worth to mention, the prices in goods, restaurants etc were sensible. Really amazed!!!!

We should have flew into Prague instead of taking the train from Vienna, took us around 5 hours? We wend to Salzburg then to Prague, so the train ride was to a bit too long, took us whole day. We depart Salzburg at 9am and reach Prague 8pm at night, cos the train were delay close to an hour, and we missed connecting train

Prague has so much history to explore. I bought a Hop on Hop off bus ticket which gave me a taste of what there is to see.
There are hundreds of bars and restaurants to try. Food and drink is reasonably priced.

Prague appeals to different types of visitor - both party people and those looking for some culture and history. Both are well catered for, though we were more of the latter. The buildings and history are excellent, with plenty to see and learn. We stayed for three days and could have easily used one or maybe two more days to do Prague justice. However, for a longer stay be prepared to go outside Prague. Or maybe join the party and use a few days to recover. :)

This Hotel is located in the nice and calm neighbourhood Holesovice some 4km north of the old town square. To get to the city centre you can take the tram (stop some 300m away) which will only take approx. 15mins. Our room and the Hotel in general was really clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was included and very delicious and very varied. Parking was also free, either in the underground car park or opposite the Hotel entrance in the street. So good value for your money.
We stayed in the hotel fot 4 nights. We came late at night and did self check-in. It was easy and convinient process. The hotel is located in very central location, right near the karl bridge and five minutes walk from the old town square. Despite the central location, the hotel is in a quite street. The room itself is big and clean. They clean the room everyday and the staff is very nice.
Beautiful hotel in the Old Town, there's an elevator to take you to the upper floors but once you've taken your bags up take a walk down the old staircase and enjoy the many paintings of Prague scenery.
Great staff, comfortable room and a lovely breakfast, lots of choice.
Great location, close to the river and Old Town Square.
Superb location and warm friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the best buffet style offerings experienced in many years travelling and overall the hotel is great value for money and a stones throw away from the old town square
lovely hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast provided with fresh omelettes and waffles.
Close to city centre with old town square approx 10 minute walk.
Staff always friendly and welcoming.
